Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, we maintained our commitment to following the most up-to-the-minute best practices in health and safety protocols to protect our residents, clients, and team members. Currently, COVID-19 vaccines are required for all team members, with proof of vaccination required prior to employment.  We are continuing to practice the use of masks and keeping respectful when we find ourselves engaged in conversation or even greeting others who may request a tour of the home. 

In planning a path forward RS Quality Care has a personal responsibility to keep everyone safe, and we need to realize that our own behaviors can impact those with whom we work and serve. Demonstrating our commitment and concern for each other our team members and residents are invited to pledge and commit to slowing the spread of COVID-19. Residents and team members are asked to consider their personal impact on our community and our ability to move forward keeping continuity in the home.  Our ask is that you pledge in and around your home reminders that your neighbors are counting on you to do your part in keeping everyone safe.
